Return Eligibility

Due to the ingestible nature of our products, only unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.

• Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back.
• Opened, tampered, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or marked products are not eligible for return.

Products marked “Final Sale” and items not purchased directly from our website are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Your bank may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
